I really enjoy the French Market Buffet at the Orleans. You can even gamble a bunch beforehand and get free dinners.

The MGM buffet is great, too. So is the Gold Coast.

Harrah's has a great breakfast buffet , the omelets are great they are made while you wait, you tell them what you want on them

The Sterling Brunch Buffet at the Steakhouse in Bally’s.

If you happen to be in Vegas on a Sunday be sure to make reservations for the Sterling Buffet at Bally's. This is the most expensive buffet in Vegas but it is a real value considering what they offer and the quality compared to price. Off hand I remember having (this was a year ago) caviar, split lobster tails, beef fillet, the best lamb I have ever had, sushi and sake, ect. Desserts are okay.Very highly recommended if you like this sort of thing.The cost keeps going up (I think it's $60+ now)

I like the breakfast at Paris because of the bread, cheese, and crepes. Bellagio has never let me down, but I wasn't too impressed with Wynn (they may have improved since I was there, though). My mom enjoys Aladdin's lunch or dinner

Buffet at the Bellagio is first to me just because they have awesome crab legs that are cracked open and ready for you to eat. They also have all kinds of cut of beef and steak.. I would say the wynn buffet comes in a close second but wynn has the better desserts. A good rule of thumb is i call and ask when DINNER TIME because whats when they brake out the good stuff. So say its at 5:30pm.. I get there about 4:30pm and pay the LUNCH PRICE which is about a 15 dollars difference, hang out and eat light until the good stuff comes and then tear it up!!

I liked the buffet in the Planet Hollywood, I hear the buffet at the Wynn is exceptional (I heard this from industry pros). the one at the Rio was ok.
