What is the best bull barrel as far low cost, fit and?

performance for my Ruger 10/22? Cheap ammo will also be used. Thanks peeps!

  1. The best are made by Green Mountain.  You can get a bull barrel from Butler Creek for cheap - but - you get what you pay for.  Since you will be throwing cheap ammo - the Butler Creek is probably the best choice for you.

    Check out the Ruger 10/22 area at AR-15.com where you will find many used barrels.  A used GM beats a new BC hands down!

  2. Butler Creek is what you are looking for.  Their basic blued .920 bull barrel and even their barrel & stock kits are very reasonably priced and have great fit and function.  I have used many of their barrels in different configurations and have had zero problems with them.

    Cabela's has the barrel & stock kits for $199 but I have found them for almost half off that on sale at Gander Mountain and other places.
