What is the best but affordable beach & hotel in panglao island, Bohol in Philippines?

i'm looking for a beach resort & hotel in bohol, philippines that is affordable but considered as tourist spot and one of the best resorts in that place.

If you want the best, it is the Panglao Island Nature Beach Resort and Spa but the cost is P10,000 per day.

Bohol Beach Club. We went there alread. It is white sand. You can jet ski.
