I'm 16, and will be starting 6th form in september, in England.

I'd like to buy a laptop for about £300, which would have enough memory to hold my 40GB of songs. And that i could study on.

  4. 300 pounds is a tight budget. If you are willing to spend a bit more, say 370 pounds, then a Toshiba laptop is your best bet. They are really good.

If you really don't want to spend that much, then the Asus Eee PC would be a good idea. For more information, see http://eeepc.asus.com
