What is the best cage for my two male rats?

Right now i have a 10 gallon aquarium. I want a multiple level tank that will be good for my rats. Any suggestions?

i am getting two pet male dumbo rats, do you think a petco manor house or a martins cage would ne good and big enuf?

I have a fish tank for my gerbil and he seems very happy with it. He runs around and chews on the cardboard I give him. But, 10 gallon for two rats. I think is too tiny.
