What is the best camcorder to buy?

my mom said i could get a camcorder for my graduation present. i don't know which one i want to get. i had one but it wouldn't let me put anything on my computer. i want one that will let me put videos on my computer and be able to film good. and it wouldn't be too bad if it was inexpensive. any help?

Check the Canon VIXIA HV30. It has got all great reviews and its image stabilization and low-light shooting quality is better than anything else. This is High Definition camcorder, so it is better to have it in case you have HDTV, or thinking to buy HDTV soon! Good luck!
