What is the best camera for my needs?

here is what i want:

digital

indoors

outdoors

small

easy to use

most importantly, under 200 dollars

i've never had a digital camera before, i'm not looking for anything fancy... just want to take pictures of stuff, you know like people and animals and plants and random things.
