What is the best camera?

I'm looking for a new camera.

Needs to be:

-Sleek

-Thin/Small

-Minimum of a 2.5 screen.

-Either a nikon, cannon, or sony.

-Takes good quality photos. (even at someplace dark, say, a concert)

What is a good camera that has all that?

Most compacts DO NOT take good pictures in low light. However, the closest thing is the Canon G9. It has one of the best image quality for its class, and offers full manual control if you ever want to learn how to use it. Low light performance is also better than comparable models. It's bulkier than most compacts though, but in the end, the extra bulk is well worth its superb resolution and image quality.
