The 09 Dodge Journey has the capacity to hold 7 people. You'll want the SXT trim with the following two options:

Flex Seating Group (includes rear a/c & heater)

Rear Seat Video Group (flip down dvd video)

This will give you the two requirements you mentioned.

It's gonna sticker close to $30K, but there are rebates/incentives around so shop around. You can fit 8 people in there I should think, but I hope they are kids. G'luck.
