There is no "best car out there" There is a best SELLING car, but nobody can say what the best car is because that varies between everybody. (Ford's F150 out sells everyone) Some people would choose an SUV and others would choose a hybrid as the best car. The definition of a good car varies between everyones like and dislikes. Just like some people think a certain car is stylish and others will think its the biggest piece of junk ever built.

That really depends on what you want, need and are willing to pay. This question is too broad. You can't compare a sports car to a truck, those are for totally different needs.

If I had to just choose, though: Impala, any year (especially from the 1st 2nd 6th and 8th generations)
