  1. well for a stock vehicle i would say a 08 zo6, ford gt ect lol. Gl affording it

  2. The Mopar Cuda/Challenger with the original 426 CID Hemi.  Nothing touched them.

  3. A 65-67 Nova...

    the reason being:

They've Lots of room under the hood,

    and are very lightweight

    Chevelles are a little heavy

My dad used to race a 65 Nova, he couldn't have put more than 5 grand into that thing...

it was all loaded, with slicks, and a 454 (a chevy I think?)

Problem is nowadays, Novas go for a LOT

  4. choose a car that you can get used parts for easily, I would go chevy, due to the availability of parts and they  interchange parts more than most other cars. It's really what you prefer, but if you want a challenge ? Pick a car nobody would except to see at the track ! Good luck !!!

  5. Mustangs, then Nova's or find  your own  I have  seen very successfully Studebaker's or ramblers

  6. yeah novas are nice and light. If your looking stock might want to look at a 5.0 foxbody mustang, they are the lightest of the mustangs. camaros are d**n fast, like a ls1 camaro is fast but its too heavy.

  7. 98-02 Camaros.  Those things are beast even at stock. They come with 300-325 HP but they were seriously under rated because they didn't want to make the Corvette look bad.  So it isn't surprising that they have more than that.

  8. My Subaru with basic bolt on's will beat any of those cars easily and do it in the rain with AWD.  Plus it will out handle any of them as well.
