Remember that a bike is largely subjective.  A particular bike might work very well for one person but not another.

In a nutshell, the best bike is the one that fits you, with a setup you like, and comfortable for you to ride long distances on.

Go to a bike shop and get fitted for the proper frame size, then look for a carbon fiber bike with the setup you like (flat bar, drop bar, component groups, seat, etc.).  Do a few test rides and see which one feels like the best "fit" for you.

I know Look just came out with a WSD frame think it's the 595 very sweet.  Best bet is to go to a few bike shops and look around at a few different models.  Get fitted by a shop to get the right bike!  Also don't get too hung up on a WSD there may be a "guys" bike that fits better depending on your body.  Best bet is to get sized at a shop and look at all the models in your size range, any good shop will let you test ride try out a few they will all fit differently depending on the maker.
