What is the best card to have in a deck?

I was wondering if anyone had an answer. This deck will be used in tournements.

There is no best card.  No matter what game you are playing, a "best card" can be nothing if you can't do anything with it.

Crush Card Virus is found in 95% of competitive decks. It cripples 90% of match-ups if used early.

Even in places where one wouldn't expect to use it, it is used- with success. CCV goes for 200ish on ebay, so it might be hard to get one.
