you want to stay away from casinos where a few hundred in winnings will hurt them. the medium sized casinos off-strip are usually the best, e.g. the golden nugget, california, etc. the strip casinos generally are 2X as expensive (rooms start higher, minimum bets are higher, etc.)

oops, didn't see the craps part of your question. I've heard the el dorado is the last casino in vegas with $1 craps.

Binion's does not have 100x odds unless they changed in recently.

The casino that does have 100x odds is called Casino Royale. However, it's difficult to get on the table since it's pretty much full, 24-7. They sometimes have a second smaller table open with 10x odds, which is still the best you're going to find on the strip.

If you've got the budget, a better place to play in my opinion is Sam's Town on Boulder Highway. They have $5 tables with 20x odds (which is still excellent), and it's much easier to get on a table. The only problem with Sam's Town is that since it's not on the strip, you must have a car or take a very expensive cab ride to get there if you're on vacation.

Definitely without a doubt Binions horseshoe. Not only is it cooler playing in an older style casino but they have 100X odds. Thats awesome. Noone else comes close. Plus they take cash bets of any amount. Even a single bet of a million dollars.
