What is the best cell phone?

So I am looking into getting a new cell phone and I don't know what brands are good. I am either going to get boost mobile or virgin mobile. The phone I like is a kyosera and the last one I had was a piece of s**t. Are they any better now? Or do you know of any good phones that either boost or virgin have?

I would recconmend either at&t or verizon. t-mobile has lots of dropped calls according to a friend. but with your choices i would say virgin
