What is the best cellphone from verizon for $200 and under?

I have the verizon network and am getting a new cellphone soon. what is the best verizon cellphone out, or if it is really good ill wait till maybe december?

im a big texter and want at least a 1.3 camera

LG Voyager. I've got it and it's the best phone I've ever had, and that's over the iPhone and many blackberrys.

I have a razor. But I really want the new envy it has a full keyboard and a nice camera

Maybe a blackberry or the enV2? Personally i like those the best... the LG Dare if you like touchscreen phones.
