  1. if you are mixing it with oj just use cook's or Andre  or something cheap, that's what the restaurants use


  2. Martini and Rossi makes a nice Asti. I got some to sample before my class reunion, in case we wanted to put some out on the tables. (The labels are blue with gold foil... my school's colors are blue and gold.) It's not bad for "cheap" stuff. It would make a very nice mimosa.

    I still have two of the little bottles left. I need to get some orange juice now and make mimosas this weekend. Yum.

  3. For a sweet mimosa I like Asti Spumanti and for a dry mimosa I like the Andre's Brut Champagne. I don't buy the real expensive stuff when mixing.
