  4. definitely Burts Bees or Carmex.

you can buy both of these at any regular drugstore.

  5. pamlers cocoa butter formula with vitamin e swivel stick is amazing!!!! it works wonders! http://www.multipharmacy.com/shop/files/...

this is what it looks like, and you can probably find it in a drugstore. or you could order it off the site. your choice.

  6. the mentha lip glosses from co bigelow.

i used some a few hours ago & my lips are still pretty moist.

it smells really nice, has a nice glossy sheen, & leaves a tingly feeling on your lips too.

theyre around 7.50 at bath & body works, but if you get the summer flavors now, i think theyre only 3 dollars.

  7. Regular old Chapstick works great for me. ;]

Then again, my lips are usually really soft. xD

I heard Burt's Bees works great, too.

And I also heard about this lip exfoliater called Lip Sugar or something that makes your lips really soft.

  8. Neutrogena for chapped lips is really good.  karen

  9. Burt's Bees! Anything from the lip care section. I use the beeswax one but you may be better with the Medicated Lip Balm.

  10. When my lips get really chapped, I use just plain Vaseline. 1st I use my lip scrub, Bath and Body Works has a good one..C.O. Bigelow®, cost about 7.50 and then some Vaseline on them. Works every time.

  11. Carmex, its great =)

You can get it at drugstores

  12. I love the body shop vitamin E chapstick.

  13. Burts bees

  14. I think you may need a lip care routine.

For me, each morning I run the water as hot as I can stand, scoop some up with my hand, lean forward and let my lips sit it in. I do this a couple of times until I notice all the dry skin puffing up and turning white, then I wipe it off with a towel and immediately apply some regular old Chap stick brand chap stick. Anytime before I apply lips gloss or lipstick, I put Chap stick on first. And if I'm starting to build up the white sticky residue on my lips from all the gloss, I just wipe, rinse with hot water, and reapply.

You personally might need a special lip balm. Try Clinique's Super Balm Lip Treatment or Benefit's Lipscription. They both are GREAT products, and you could get samples of either just by going to one of there make up counters at Macy;'s and such.
