What is the best (cheapest & fastest) way to get form Ealing Broadway to Luton Airport??

From Ealing Broadway station take any train from platform 4. its an 8 min jurney to London Paddington, then take the hammersmith and city line Underground train to Kings Cross st Pancras Tube station (some people will say get the circle line from Paddington but they are wrong because if you do you will have a 5 min walk through paddington station yet the hammersmith and city line is only a 1 min walk from where your train will pull in to paddington from ealing)

NOTE* Try to sit in the 3ed carage from the front, of the tube train as this will be cloestest to the exit at kings cross st pancras station*

Once off the tube train follow signs for st pancras station (DOMESTIC) the walk will take about 6 mins.

Then take East Midlands Trains to Luton Airport Parkway station then outside is a free buss to the airport front door

cost is around £15.00 depending on when you want to travel

total jurney time is about 1hour 45 mins however if i was doing this jurney I would give myself 2.5 hours.

Train to Paddington -> Tube to St Pancras -> Train to Luton.

St Pancras -> Luton is about £15 for a return.

catch a district line from ealing broadway to victoria, and national express coach. if you book in advance you can get the ticket for £6 onwards.

by far the fastest way is by taxi/minicab. You just hope onto the north circular then take the m1 up to Luton. Its around 50 minutes on a reasonable run.

All other options require multiple connections increasing the chances of delay and missed connections.

The "Transport For London" advice for speed is NOT to get on the Tube.

(1) Take the Route Bus 83 towards Golders Green.

In half an hour you will disembark at Hendon Rail Station

(2) Take the First Capital Connect towards Bedford Rail Station

In half an hour you will disembark at Luton Airport Parkway Rail Station.

Bus Route 83, leaves every hour at 20 minutes before the hour. If you miss the bus or it is a long wait, it probably makes sense to take the tube.
