I like the one the girls In the windsor do on stage where the bend backwards while holding on to that pole in the center of the stage.

my personal favorite is the toe touch because if you have hyper-extended jumps they look the most impressive

ok it is a herkey because some people like me lol can kick  there feet all the way to you head or about that close a toe touch is a kick that can touch your hands and a pike i dont know how high you can go with that kick but i know you can go past your head

i think that the toe touch is the best cause i had to try out for an allstars team at camp (i made it) and they told us the best jump to do is a toe touch and i think its the best!!!
