What is the best cheese to serve with a really fantastic Cabernet?

  1. If this is a real great Cab. go with a nice sharp English chedder, a French camembert or my favorite Grafton Village chedder from Vermont.

    If you can't find that, Wensleydale.

    If you can't get that a good aged Cheddar

    And then on to the soft cheeses.

  4. fresh asagio(not the dry prepackaged stuff) is wonderful and it will hold up to the wine and not over power it- another good choice is port salute for the same reason but is easier to find   whatever choice you make be sure its not too salty .ENJOY! p.s. what kind of wine is it just curious?

  5. 6 year aged gouda, without a doubt - hints of butterscotch... yum!
