What is the best chemical to use to kill black widow spiders?

I just bought a new home and have discovered 3 black widow spiders! They're quite large and obviously black widows. So far I haven't found any in the house. I'm looking for the best chemicals to use to kill these things and avoid any future infestation. Thanks for any help!

If they are not in the house I would leave them alone they are very benifical and they are an insect you will never come into contact with as they are attracted to the isolation that their habitat brings them. But if you really want them gone just use any contact spider killer.
