What is the best children charity to sponser?

I would like to sponser a children charity that actually makes a difference but I don't have time to research. can someone tell me of a good organization you are a part of or you would suggest. Something you personally know about.

phoenix children's hospital...any such hospitals...texas, cinncinatti and others...we are so grateful as a family to pch! Peace

There are many worthwhile Children's charities,

Saint Jude Children's Hospital comes to mind.

I'm just starting to volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, it's a great cause.
