If your looking for the value for money, go this place called china pearl in koramangala. The quantity is shocking and its really tasty, not authentic thought.

Hi,

The best chinese restaurant in Bangalore is 3 quarter chinese in church street (within the Amoeba bowling centre). The authentic chinese dishes are prepared here under the guidance of chef brando who is from Hong Kong and has 25 years of experience in chinese preparations.

You also get some north indian food there (but only quarter of it, three quarter is still chinese :)

The ambience is amazing and its worth the price.

The best i have found is the Rice Bowl in and around the Brigade Road area. It is quite well known just ask.
