  1. vancouver

  2. Victoria....Vancouver rains way too much for a warm weather lover to enjoy.  Victoria has much less rain.

  3. Vancouver  is mild all year  The suburbs are cheaper    See hellobc   and tourismvancover

  4. The southwest coast of BC (Vancouver or Vancouver Island--Victoria, Nanaimo, etc) is fairly warm all year. Summers are lovely and, while it may snow a couple of times in the winter, the snow rarely sticks. Mostly, the winter is just grey and drizzly. But not tooooo cold.

However, if you're looking for *hot* summers, both Toronto and Montreal are sweltering. Of course, their winters are extremely cold (and quite long), so the summer heat is only worth it if you don't mind the winter cold.

Wherever you move, I hope you love it!

  5. Vancouver,BC

  6. WINDSOR, ONTARIO. It's the southernmost city in Canada, located right across from Detroit. Our average low is only 4 C, which is excellent for a Canadian city. Also, it hardly ever snows in the year because Windsor is kept warm by the lakes which surround it. Don't listen to people who tell you Victoria or Vancouver are warmer--it's not true. I recall this year that they received a pile of snow, and it also rains a lot. Windsor doesn't have either of those problems, plus it's near a major U.S. City. You can get everything you need, but have the comfort of a mid-sized, friendly city (300,000). Windsorites take pride in their friendliness and often call themselves the friendliest people in Canada (Ontario).

  7. toronto

  8. If you want warm weather, then Vancouver or Victoria, BC.  They get all 4 seasons, but winter is more likely to be rain than snow.  Temperature will range from 0 to 25 with occasional numbers above and below that range.  The numbers are Celsius and you will have to learn that scale to understand Canadians, or anywhere outside the USA.

  9. Vancouver for sure, or Victoria.

Vancouver might have more rain, but it's more interesting (I think!).

Either way, southern BC has the mildest weather in Canada.
