  1. Venezuela and Peru are not cities, they are countries...

awesome ok, I see some edited their answers. So I would say Santiago, Chile.

  2. Machu Pichu, an amazing Inca city, one of the new 7 wonders.

  3. aside from Machupichu in Peru, I would go to Sao Paolo. That way you would have visited 2 world wonders, Machupichu in Peru and Jesus statue in Sao Paolo.

  4. Venezuela; the cities of Caracas and Maracaibo. One of the oldest universities in Latin America is located there. Also, Angel Falls can't be missed. Venezuela is such a beautiful country. Los Roques (of the coast of Venezuela in the Caribbean) is a Venezuelan archipelago and is astonishing. If you like marine life, beautiful white beaches with crystal blue water that is that place to go. Margarita Island is a place i dream about returning to, ever since i visited in 2005 i've been wanting to take some of my cousins there, there are no words to describe the beauty of the island.

  5. Rio de Janeiro is awesome! The "jesus statue" isn't in Sao Paolo! It's in Rio! :O

They don't call Rio the "marvelous city" for nothin' ;)

  6. It depends on your interests.

If it is pre-Colombian ruins you like, then the answer would be Bolivia (Tiahuanacu).

If it is the beach, then it would be Rio in Brazil, or the island of  Margarita in Venezuela or San Andres in Colombia.

If you like trekking, Huaraz in Peru, Torres del Paine in Chile or Lagos del Sur in Chile (you can also go to Barriloche which is the Argentine side of Lagos del Sur).

If it is partying you want, Buenos Aires in Argentina and Rio in Brazil would be your best bets.

  7. Cuzco in Equator,,

If you want historical and cultural places  aside Peru......go to Equator.. You can visit the Galapagos islands too, and see the huge turtles.

Even in Uruguay, you have a very beautiful  colonial city, from the portuguese conquerors. It's very well conserved and is very beautiful place to visit. The pple living there cant change anything  from it, bcoz had been declared Historical Patrimony of the Humanity. (UNESCO World heritage city)The name is Colonia and is very easy to reach  from Buenos Aires  by ship. ( 1.15hs)
