It's just flat out the best.

Any city in Spain. There is over 300 days sunshine a year. Here in the south we never get a frost. The cost of living is cheap. Fuel is at least 25% cheaper than the UK.

It really depends on why you want to emigrate. If it's for work then you should have worked that one out before asking the question. If it's to retire to, then the same would apply.
