hello everyone I wonder what is the best city to live where are people is friendly and optimist, I am looking for a good place different to Toronto Ontario where i am rigth now, I want like to say i dont feel well in this place happy

  1. I wouldn't say every city in North America is wonderful, especially since some cities are relatively notorious for not liking people from outside the USA in their city.

    I am very happy living in Seattle and have found it very welcoming; I can't speak for everyone, but I highly recommend my beautiful city.
