Carlson Laboratories has very good cod liver oil.  It's made from Norwegian cold-water cod.  It's even made and bottled in Norway to maintain freshness.

Also, I would suggest taking the liquid instead of capsules (it's not gross, I promise!).  It doesn't taste like fish, and it's sooo much easier and faster.  If you wanted to take capsules, you need to take 5 capsules to equal 1 quick teaspoon of the liquid.  Carlson is probably the best for taste, quality, and there's no fishy after-burp that many other brands have.
