What is the best college in southern cali?

Im just now entering high school and i want to get started early in looking for a college.

im going to probable major in history to become a teacher

i think UCSB is good..cause alot of my teachers went there..but i think UCLA is one of the best schools down here..my dad went there and USC and he thinks UCLA is better because it has a better campus and better teachers..but im not sure. cause that was a while ago...

Most people will say it's between Cal Tech, USC, UCLA, UC Irvine, & UCSD, but it depends on what you're majoring in, believe it or not, some of the CSU's have better programs the schools aforementioned.
