Depends on what you want out of your education!

Archaeo, anthro and paleo are three very different fields, although archaeo tends to reside in anthro departments in the USA and a few European schools.  

Did you mean "paleoanthropology" (the study of fossil hominids and human evolution)?

I suggest you identify your interests more specifically before seriously considering enrolling as a major in any of these programs.

Anthropology is a discipline unto itself.  Paleontology is a subfield of Geology. Archaeology is a subfield of anthropology.  Paleoanthropology is an area of study within biological anthropology, another subfield of anthroplogy.  The best univerisity for archaeology on the planet depends upon what aspect of archaology you want to study.  If you are interested in Mayan archaeology it won't do you much good to go to the university that has the best program for ancient Egyptian archeaology.
