What is the best college out of the USA which has the best medical program?

I want to study abroad and i really would like to go to brazil or england but if it takes me out of the country it will be great!

I'm not sure why you'd want to study in a foreign medical school when compared to the US? Not to mention there could be obstacles (financially taxes etc...) when practicing in other countries. I can tell you that's why so many foreign Med students come to the US. 1 because of Academics and 2 $$$. Even though Doctors may complain and they do about reimbursements law suites etc.. I've never meet a surgeon or med. Dr. that's want to go to a foriegn country, I'd say that number is less than 1%. Anyway the link gives you the list of Med Colleges

brazil? for medical school? lol ive been to brazil but only on vacacion.  and i would not ever live there or get an education there. And i stayed in luxury privately owned homes.
