What is the best colored eyeshadow you can find at WALMART?

I have Maybelline and when I put it on in the morning, it disapears as the day progresses. I need something colored & pretty that actually stays on throughout the day. But it needs to be from WALMART..

Loreals Eyeshadows are long lasting.  For more color look at their HIP line of shadows.

Apply a tiny bit of foundation to your eyelids or maybe a touch of powder before you apply eyeshadow.  This may help it last longer.

I use Es tee Lauder, it stays out all day long. There's another brand I use, I think it's called Let Loose. It looks like it could be liquid eyeliner but it's really powdered eye shadow inside and the stick looks like it's for lip gloss. That stuff it amazing and cheap. I get it at Rite Aid.
