  1. My answer was going to be hollyhock and delphinium. They look beautiful in a bouquet together!

  6. I personally like Lavenders with Salvias, red ones.  Both are low-maintenance, prefer the same soil and are drought tolerant.  And both have great fragrances.

  7. How about lillies? There are tiger lillies, or summer lillies. They come in several colors and pretty easy to manage! Also my favorite, and very low maintenance! They come up every year!
