Get the basic idea and build it yourself.

Use stainless steel wire and old circuit boards cut up are ideal as a former. Use stainless steel components where possible.

its a scam and a lie.  The FTC has been shutting down the sellers of these devices.  Google Dennis Lee, he's been to prison over this scam.  Go to the FTC web site and ask them who's the best, they are not in the business to steal from you like the others are.

I'm just starting to look into this but from what I've read so far don't buy one just build one. I'm told the info is free and available on the net at such places as youtube but I haven't looked yet. I'm also thinking of trying to build one and test it but I'm still trying to see how hard it will be first.
