The best computer hardware stores in Paris are all around the 12th arrondissement, near the Rue Montgallet. But very few of them sell video games. The biggest (by far) is Surcouf, which does sell video games. For computer hardware, Surcouf is undercut by many small specialist shops in the neighbourhood.

For video games your best bet is to go to Scoregames. They have several stores dotted around Paris. But they don't sell much computer hardware.
