I live in the UK and I love it. Some towns in the UK i despise, but mine is really nice. If I could live anywhere though, I would live in Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Greece or in the Canary Islands.

It depends on your lifestyle and interests. If you like the outdoors and are a more liberal person, Canada or a North European country would be good.

If you like big cities, distinctive food and culture etc. Japan, Turkey, India, and China would be good places.

And you have to think about current political situations. I wouldn't think Venezuela is the best country because the President hates my nationality....

It's all relative to how you live, your religion, your interests.

Personally, I live in the US. I've been to many other countries, but I've never ever wanted to leave permanently because America is my home and love it, virtues and vices.
