What is the best way to prep for SAT? And is it on the scale of 1600 or 2400? And does your SAT speak louder than your GPA? And if you improve your GPA in the last 2 years of high school will that improve your chances of getting into a good college? Also can you get a scholarship if you get a good score on your SAT?

  1. The best way to Prep for the SAT differs for many people, if you feel like learning hands on with a group of people I suggest taking the Prep Classes but they cost quite a bit of money, I have heard some even cost 200 dollars. The other way which is probably better is to use this, http://www.amazon.com/Official-SAT-Study...

it will teach you everything you need to know for the test that the prep groups probably will not be able to cover in their limited amount of time and it will also give you testing strategies so I suggest the second option. It is on a scale of 2400 now, and your SAT does have a loud voice but if your G.P.A is good colleges will see that and they know that not everyone does good on standardized tests so they will weight your G.P.A more in your favor, also having a good clubs, community service will help outweigh the SAT, colleges are looking for smart people but also people that are good people and just are not all brains. If you improved your last two years then yes it will help you get into college. Yes you can get a scholarship if you get a good score on the SAT, a 2100-2200 is a likely chance of a scholarship, in between is a maybe area, and a 2300 to 2400 is a good chance of a scholarship. Hope this helped, Good Luck, God Bless, and Have a Good Day.
