What is the best coyote hunting rifle for the cheapest price?

When I turn 18 I plan on becoming a coyote hunter, so I will need a rifle that is good at takin em' out! Could someone please recommend me rifles that fit these qualifications:

1) One that is a good fur round.

2) One that will knock them flat on their asses.

3) One that is easy to afford on a budget.

A 303 are a is badass it puts them down fast and fast on the reload and light wight most def my fav for coyote hunting we go all the time
