What is the best credit card to get points towards cruises?

I have the Carnival Visa Card.  It isn't that great of a deal.  You do get decent cabin upgrades.  But not great discounts.

Probably the fastest way to earn toward a cruise is with a good *cashback* card such as the AmEx Blue Cash card.

I know that Royal Caribbean and Carnival offer credit cards, and those points will go towards a future cruise/upgrades.
