My mom wants to go on a cruise this summer and she wants me to look for cruises that i i would want to go on or would be interested in. I am 14 and my mom is 50. Which cruise has the best teen clubs or whatever and will be fun for my mom too? Also my mom wants a carribean cruise, like the bahamas or Jamaica.

  1. Carnival is good, but if you want something with more class, but still plenty of teens and a teen nightclub, then look into Princess cruise lines. I have been on 8 cruises with them.

  2. royal Caribbean  cruises  but book at least 3-6 months in advance  and   1 year if you can prices are cheaper  try cruises.com

  3. Personally, I think Carnival is great. My family just went on one (2 teens- 16 and 13) and everyone had a blast. It was a 5 night to the Bahamas and it was absolutely fabulous. There is the casino and shows for the adults and there are clubs and activities for the kids. Also, there are things for the whole family to do. It is such an amazing, relaxing vacation!!

  4. carnival is known as the party ship which is great for kids teens and adults but royal carribea is about tha same but a lil more upscale im a teen and i likr rc better

  5. Your MOM should be doing the 'research'!  But, consider yourself 'LUCKY' if she has entrusted this 'task' to YOU!  I have YET to be on a 'cruise', so "I" can't 'help' you!  But, I HOPE that you don't mis-place the TRUST that your MOM has put in you!!!

A 'CRUISE' should be about ALL of YOU being TOGETHER!!!  Good LUCK!!!  I hope you ALL have a GOOD time!!!

  6. Carnival, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean are the lines to look at.  For Carnival, make sure the ship has Club O2 and Circle C (these are teen oriented place/program being added to the ships).  I am not as familiar with the Norwegian teen program, though I do know that Norwegian has one.

However, the best would be the two newest Voyager class ships (the Navigator of the Seas and the Mariner of the Seas) and the three Freedom class ships (Freedom, Liberty and Independence of the Seas - Independence will begin sailing later this year).  The reason these five ships are the best is because of the expanded teen areas on the ships.  The following photos are from the Freedom of the Seas:

In addition to the casino and the lounges that your Mom would like, the ship also offers ice skating, a rock climbing wall, the Flowrider (a surfing simulator), a miniature golf course, a miniature water park (H2O Zone) for kids, two main pools for everyone one and an adults only pool area complete with two hot tubs that hang out over the side of the ship.

The Voyager class ships do not have the H2O Zone and have an inline skating track instead of the Flowrider.  Also, the hot tubs on the Voyager class ships to not hang out over the side of the ship.
