  1. Windjammer cruises are perfect for young singles because that is what they are designed for.

  2. There are singles cruises out there. And I think on any cruise you will have a good time. They are all designed and have many activities for every age group. I will recommend taking at least a 5 day cruise though.

  3. It would be best for you to look up singles cruises online, but if you prefer to pick by destination or other reasons you may prefer Princess, Norweigen or Carnival.  Also try to choose a 7-day or less cruise.  The longer the cruise the more older the people.  Only becuase they are retired and have the time.

  4. Carnival is wicked fun! I went last year for new years and again this year and it is sooo much fun!

  5. i hear carnival is not called the fun ships for nothing .have a great time

  6. Royal carribean Totally.

  7. Carnival. They are the fun (insert "Party" here) ships.

  8. Contact a good travel agent who will find you the best cruise for your budget and what you want to do.  If you're young, single and can afford it, you might want to check into a Windstar sailing cruise or SeaDream Yacht Club cruise.  Both are all inclusive and the only extras you'll pay are for your own personal expenses.

If you're on a budget then Royal Caribbean - its a step up from Carnival.  I'd really recommend staying away from Carnival.

Ask the agent to compare pricing of independent air to and from the cruise ship.  Might be less expensive than what's offered by the cruise line.

Make sure you book travel insurance.  I recommend Travelex or TravelGuard. It will be more comprehensive and less expensive than the insurance offered by the cruise line.  Not only does it cover things like trip cancellation, lost luggage, trip delays, etc. but most importantly it provides medical coverage.  Your medical insurance will not cover you outside the US so the travel insurance is important.

You'll need to be 21 to consume alcohol on board. More strict than getting into bars because you will need to present a passport and the cruise lines have various ways of restricting access to alcohol based on this information.

Keep in mind that there will be extra expenses after booking the cruise, air, and travel insurance such as shore excursions, drinks (soda and alcohol), gratuities, shopping, spa or salon treatments so remember to plan these into your budget.  I usually figure that I will spend close to the cost of the cruise in expenses.

Hope this helps.  If you need help booking a cruise you can call me at 866-485-7175.  I'll be glad to help.

    Bon Voyage!

  9. Carnival....  With out a doubt.  Be carefull what cruiseline you choose as you might end up with wheel chair races (Holland America / Celebrity) around the promanade instead of wacky drinking games by the pool (Carnival)!

  10. Probably a Carnival cruise would meet your criteria.
