  3. If price is not an issue, Disney is the best option. However, out of Port Canaveral, you do have both Royal Caribbean and Carnival which have excellent kids programs. Out of Tampa Carnival and Royal Caribbean are still your best options. Costa out of Port Everglades also has several excellent kids programs.

  4. I think either Disney or Carnival. Depends on price. Disney definitely isn't cheap and Carnival is a little more budget friendly.

    Have fun!

  5. Disney

  6. Here is a great site all about family cruises:  http://www.familycruises.com/family/home...

I think Disney would be the best too.

    Peace!

  7. Though everyone else said Disney, it really depends on the age of th kids. We did week long  cruises on both Disney and Royal Carribean (RCCL), and thought RCCL offered more to do for kids. If your kids are young (age 5 or under) and into disney characters, do Disney. If they are any older than that, they would love the VOyager class of RCCL ships with roller blading, ice skating, rock climbing, mini-golf, water slides, etc.  ALso, RCCL had bettter and more adult activities for when the kids are at the kids club. DIsney is also more expensive than all the other cruise lines!

  8. Disney cruise.

  9. Disney's Carnival is suppoosed to be the highest rated for children activities.

Royal Carribean also has kids programs

these are the only two I have cruised

  10. carnival

  11. If you don't want to pay as much, go for Carnival, they have a great Childrens program, called Camp Carnival. Its broken up into age groups, Toddlers 2-5, Juniors 6-8, Intermediate 9-11, Teens 12-14, Teens 15-17.

Try this link for a detailed explanation of the childrens program.

The Carnival ships that go from Tampa are Miracle and Inspiration both going to the Caribbean.

From Port Canaveral is Glory and Sensation and Elation.

    Enjoy your cruise!

  12. Disney Cruise Ship, definitlly

  13. Do u no that once u leave port that all your rights no longer applies!  If something where to happen the us gov (police/FBI) don't have to take your case. The cruise line don't have to keep documented info on file (on what had or have taken place on board). they don't have to give u info on  a/or any crew member (if they done anything in the pass).    I not telling u this to scare u but only to let u be aware. cruise are fun but keep a good eye on your kids!

if ur planning the cruise for the kids u should call ur travel agent to give u the best cruise line activities for kids.

  14. disney for sure

  15. Yeah, Disney Cruise Ship and also Carnival. I like that one!

    - Bride

  16. Walt Disney.

  17. disney cruise line

  18. The Disney cruise ship is a floating dream for all kids big and small.

  19. Disney, no dought at all.

  20. Disney is a great ship, but expensive.  If you're on a budget, you'll be just as happy with Royal Carribean or Carnival.  We've been on all three (and NCL, too) and never had a bad experience with the kids programs.  Carnival has constant activity planned ... even a "sleep over" (until 3am and they deliver them back to the cabin) one night of the cruise.  Carnival is the only one of the above mentioned lines as far as I know that allows older kids (10+) to sign themselves in and out of the program ... they also have a "build a bear" type thing that they do during the cruise and a talent show.  My middle daughter (9) would vote for Carnival as the best cruise for kids ... my oldest prefers Royal Carribean because she liked the teen club there better and the rock climbing wall.  The baby (5) prefers Disney, but you, as an adult, can get "over-Disneyed" after awhile ... there are adult only areas on the ship, but if you're looking for a nice blend between family time and adult time, I would probably look into one of the other lines.

  21. Disney!

  22. Disney.

I know for a fact it ports out of Port Canaveral, because I was just there today :)

  23. I took my family (4 kids 1 hubby and 1 nanny plus myself) we had 2 cabins.  I have been on a few cruises and although the Disney ship was clean....VERY clean, I think the food quality was poo to fair at best.  The attention you get from the employees was lacking.  I didnt feel pampered or special like on other cruise lines.  I wasnt happy with the adult to child ratio in the play groups for 3 yr olds. My 3 yr old was treated very badly by some older children in the group and the adults never noticed resulting in my child being bruised and pushed around.  She had tantrums for WEEKS afterward.  I would recommend Carnival or Princess for children activities they are much more attentive and have better group activities planned. If you are going for the  Disney characters the cruise is the way to go.  Just pay attention to your child when you drop them at the play place and stick around for a few minutes each time your child enters the area to make sure the adults are giving their attention to the group of children and not talking in group amoungst themselves.

  24. Disney Cruise Line, even though it is a little more of a drive! they will love it with all of the disney characters

  25. When I was a kid my Mom was always asking me if I was Cruisin for a Bruisin.  I boarded that ship a few times, and oooh was it something to remember.
