I also went to the disney one....it's was a blast if you have kids with you....they have alot for kids as well as adult things there.

  2. royal caribbean "Freedom of the Sea" I think you will enjoy it alot I went a year after I graduated.. VERY FUN!!

  3. Minimum age for most cruise lines is at least 21 - for some it's 25.

"Best" cruise is a relative thing and depends on what you're looking for and how much you can spend.

If you meet the age minimum, then I'd suggest you get a book on cruising from your library or bookstore, in order to get a general idea of what the different cruise lines are like.

Or, you could go to CruiseCritic.com, click on "Reviews" then go to the different lines/ships and read the descriptions there.  You could also check the guidebook websites, like Fodor's and/or Frommer's.

  4. I am 13. I have been on 3 cruises and we're going on another one this summer.

Cruise #1-We went on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas to New England/Canada. It was beautiful, except it was a little chilly even though it was in July. It was a great trip, but you probably wouldn't want to take it for your senior trip. I was 10 at the time.

Cruise #2-We went on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas to the Eastern Caribbean. It was amazing. The ship was huge and the weather was blazing because it was in the middle of July, but it was nice. If you like to shop a lot, you would probably love this cruise. It was my favorite cruise so far, even though I got the Norwalk Virus. Be careful and wash your hands everywhere you go because trust me, you do not want to get the Norwalk Virus. It is not fun at all. I was 11 on this cruise.

Cruise # 3-We went on Holland America's Maasdam to another New England/Canada in July. Again, the weather was ok, but it wasn't the best. It was about the same as our first one, but I would definately not reccomend it. There was hardly anything to do on the ship and the average age was 70, even in the middle of the summer. I love that area of the world though, so I would reccomend the location for maybe a family trip.

Cruise #4-We are going on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. I can't wait. It is over my birthday, July 7 and I will be 14. It is the Western Caribbean one. It will be so much fun. I would probably reccomend this one for a senior trip too.

  5. Hello,

I've been on five cruises, so I hope I can be helpful to you.

It really depends on what you are looking for.  I've been on two five-night cruises and three seven-night cruises, and in my opinion, five nights is too short.  Shoot for a week, if you can.  If you do go for five nights, you will still enjoy yourself!

My favorite cruise that I have been on was my cruise to Alaska.  It was very beautiful.  There are mountains everywhere and the towns are very cute and the people there are friendly.  I really enjoyed myself.

I have also been to the Bahamas, Western Caribbean, and Eastern Caribbean.  The Bahamas were fun for shopping.  If you go to a private island in the Bahamas, it's very nice.  The shopping usually isn't very good, but the beaches and public areas are cleaner than most.  Nassau has the straw market, which is a great place to shop for good deals.

The Western Caribbean was wonderful.  Cozumel, Mexico had my favorite beach that I have been to.  It is called Playa Mia.  Go there if you visit Cozumel and like beaches!

I also enjoyed myself a lot on my Eastern Caribbean cruise.  If you like shopping, this is another good way to go.  St. Thomas and St. Maarten are good shopping spots.  The deals aren't as good, but they have very nice items.

Other popular options are Europe and the Mexican Riviera.  I've heard good things about both!

If I was to recommend a fun cruise for a senior trip, I would probably recommend one in the Caribbean.  There are great beaches and a lot of excursions to do.  Carnival or Royal Caribbean are good lines for younger people.  There will be a lot of people your age if you pick one of these lines and they have a lot of activities running all the time.

    Hope this was helpful!

  6. Any!  Don't know where you live or what your price range is.  Remember the carribean and mexico will be very warm in the summer.  You could pick Alaska.  These cruises really fill up, and many are already sold out.  Click on a website like vacations to go.  Check the cruises within the next 90 days, they have big discounts.  Remember to have your passport too.  Good Luck!
