Versailles restaurant cafe and bakery. It is not exactly in Hialeah but it is close. Its on Calle Ocho(8th St.). It has great Cuban food and is owned and operated by Cubans. If you want a great authentic Cuban meal then head here. Right across the street from Versailles is La Carreta, its another well established Cuban restaurant. The service at La Carreta is not as upscale as Versailles, but the food is still great and its open 24 hours.

latin american or latin america is right there in hialeah. i moved to TN and i lived in miami for 27 years so i know. i ate lots of cuban food.

la carreta is good to near little havana. good luck . i don't get cuban good here in Tn but enjoy it for me too!
