What is the best curling iron you have ever bought?

I want to buy a curling iron that doesn't damage your hair and make curls last long. Any suggestions please ?

The best curling irons are ones made from ceramic.  They will be less damaging and will make your curls look great.  The best way to make the curls last longer is to spray an iron spray in prior to ironing it.  Redken makes a great product called "Fabricate" and another called "Spray Starch".  They both work great only the "Fabricate" is a lighter hold.  These both will protect your hair from damage and will make the curl hold longer.

Also, the best tip I will give you is....  When you curl your hair, your first instinct is to run your fingers through it and instantly loosen it up and put it where you want it.  That its actually the worst thing you can do.  NEVER touch your hair when it is still warm from the curling iron.  Just ignore that its not combed out yet untill youve curled your whole head.  Once everything is curled and cooled, spray with a light hairspray and THEN comb out.  This will make your curls last longer and look better!
