I have found that anything better than zaba, requires payment from you .  In my investigations I have also found that I can get better results than zaba, if I just put a little effort into it.

1) Search for your subject in all the major social sites (myspace,facebook etc)

2) Whitepages.com is current and gives you phone numbers and often address.

3) Most counties now have free records sites. These sites are a treasure trove of information on anything from traffic tickets to criminal records.

4) Don't forget the obvious -  Google your subject.  You will be surprised what comes up.
