I tried everything, and the only thing that works for me is Burt's Bees royal jelly eye cream. It's wonderful!

The easiest and cheapest way to start counteracting dark circles and puffiness are two cold and damp black tea-bags. Possibly stick them in the freezer for a while so that they constrict the blood vessels that cause the dark red puffiness.

In a pinch, a frozen metal spoon does the same thing when applied underneath ones eyes.
