What is the best day of the week to make an online resume? Does it matter?

What time or day of the week is the best for employers to have free time to go on to a site such as craigslist or some other site to see your resume?

Just a general precaution to be very careful with craigslist and other internet job sites as several months ago there was a young woman who thought that she was interviewing for a 'nanny' position and subsequently was tragically found dead in her car trunk.  A 19 year old male was arrested in connection.

I'm not sure if certain employers would search on their lunch break or when they'd gotten home.
