What is the best day to go shopping for groceries???

I would go with Tue or wed, mid day if possiable if not those days at nine at night, the store is almost always empty.

Sunday, late morning or early afternoon while everyone's in church

OR

Sunday afternoon while everyone's watching the football game.

I personally like to go to Walmart and food shop at 2am.  The pro is it's empty so there are no lines, the con is, if they haven't re-stocked, you might not get what you want.
